FAQ

Q: Where is the studio located?
A: Flagstaff, AZ on the east side.

Q: What are your hours?
A: It Varies. Contact us, let us know when you're available, and we'll work something out.

Q: Can I smoke in the studio?
A: No. Smoking cigarettes outside is okay though.

Q: Can I bring food or drinks into the studio?
A: Yes, just don't set food or drinks on the gear please.

Q: What are your rates?
A: $25 an hour.

Q: What software do you use to record, mix, and master?
A: Pro Tools 11 with IK Multimedia, iZotope, Native Instruments, Fab Filter, Positive Grid, and Steven Slate Drums plugins.

Q: How many people can fit in the studio?
A: Unfortunately the studio is currently one room, so about 5 people (depends on the instruments). I apologize for the inconvenience. It would be ideal to record instruments separately to a drum or click track. By recording instruments separately we can do as many takes needed to get that perfect take for each instrument.

A: King Kraken Studios accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover,  American Express, Paypal, and cash as an acceptable form of payment.
